MetalFX® is a patent pending technology. What does this mean? |

The MetalFX® Matching System is unique to MetalFX® Technology Ltd and is protected by patent and trademark applications/registrations and is adapted for colour standards, colour data, colour reproduction and colour reproduction materials, and other colour related products and services which meet MetalFX®’s specifications, control and quality requirements. A licence or written permission must be obtained from MetalFX®’s Patent and Trademark Control Department in order to duplicate a MetalFX® Colour or to use the MetalFX® technology or trademarks for any colour related products or services. Any unauthorised claim by third parties, either as principals or agents, inferring, suggesting or indicating that any referenced colour or colour system is a MetalFX® colour or obtained or printed using the MetalFX® technology will result in violation of MetalFX®’s proprietary rights which is strictly prohibited. Any cross-referencing to MetalFX®’s colour system by third parties, in whole or in part to any MetalFX® numbers or colours, may be in violation of MetalFX®’s proprietary rights and is strictly prohibited. |
